• Two coincidental water line breaks point to aging infrastructure (891khol.org) — Hoback’s aging water system has already failed once this month, and a major $7 million municipal upgrade is finally moving forward to fix long-standing quality and reliability issues. After a leak left J-W neighborhood tanks dry and forced boil orders, Teton County and partner agencies have lined up funding, with construction expected to start this year and last two years.
