• Amy Allen named EHES principal by SCS Board of Education (shelbycountyreporter.com) — Leadership is shifting in Shelby County Schools, with Amy Allen named principal of Elvin Hill Elementary and Courtney Hallford approved as assistant principal at Calera Intermediate School. Allen plans to build on EHES’s existing strengths, while Hallford’s appointment directly impacts Calera families. The board’s next public meeting is June 25 in Columbiana.
