• Man and woman found dead in Chambers County, according to deputies (wrbl.com) — Law enforcement in Chambers County, working from Lanett, are investigating the deaths of a man and woman found near a parked vehicle off County Road 86 around midday Wednesday. State investigators and the coroner are handling the case, and authorities are withholding identities pending family notification while asking anyone with information to contact SBI or the Chambers County Sheriff’s Office.
