• West Alabama Authorities Looking For Woman Who Escaped (tuscaloosathread.com) — Moundville residents are being asked to watch for a 32-year-old local woman who was mistakenly released from Hale County Jail using forged paperwork and now faces escape charges. Moundville Police Chief Toby Banks says additional warrants and bonds have been issued, and anyone who sees the suspect should immediately contact law enforcement rather than approach her themselves.
