Doctors say the man had a serious medical emergency but no drugs in his system, and officials credit the quick-thinking resident with likely saving his life.

• College basketball coach files lawsuit after being handcuffed at game (lehighvalleylive.com) — Tuskegee residents may want to know that Tuskegee University men’s basketball coach Benjy Taylor has filed a lawsuit seeking over $1 million after being handcuffed by Morehouse College campus police following a road game. The suit claims he was detained after asking officers to address taunting and enforce security protocols to protect his team.
