• Man dead after being hit by car on Route 66 in Flagstaff (azfamily.com) — A 65-year-old Flagstaff man died Wednesday night after being hit by a car at Route 66 and Fanning Drive, according to Flagstaff police. The driver stayed at the scene and is not suspected of impairment, and no citations have been issued so far. Investigators are asking anyone with information to contact Flagstaff Police or Silent Witness.
