Cancer Support Community Arizona

Cancer Support Community Arizona (CSCAZ) is celebrating five years of serving northern Arizona with A Walk to Remember, a free community event honoring those impacted by cancer while raising funds to keep CSCAZ’s support programs free. The public is invited to participate in two community walks: a 1.5-mile walk beginning at 9 a.m. from the CSCAZ Flagstaff office and a second walk beginning at 11 a.m. at NAU’s Upper Observatory Field. Individuals and families impacted by cancer can also register for workshops, classes and a complimentary lunch throughout the day, including plant-based nutrition workshops, sound bath healing, a breast cancer education presentation, yoga and expressive arts. Registration is open for the walks, and individuals and families impacted by cancer can register for classes and workshops here. Modern Medicine for Longevity, Energy, and Focus

Mend Medical Care

We provide precision, concierge-style medical care designed for people who value science, efficiency, and results. Our practice focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of low energy, hormone imbalance, weight gain, poor recovery, and long-term health risk—rather than masking symptoms or rushing through appointments. Every patient receives individualized care guided by advanced diagnostics, thoughtful interpretation, and ongoing optimization. Our core services include hormone optimization for men and women, GLP-1–based medical weight loss, functional and longevity medicine, advanced laboratory testing, peptides, IV therapy, and concierge primary care. We also offer comprehensive health evaluations using data-driven tools such as advanced blood work, metabolic markers, cardiovascular risk assessments, and body composition analysis. What makes us different is our approach. We are cash-pay only and membership-based, which allows us to spend more time with patients, eliminate insurance-driven shortcuts, and practice medicine the way it should be practiced. Care is proactive, not reactive. Appointments are unhurried. Decisions are grounded in evidence—not trends or gimmicks. We emphasize precision over protocols. No copy-and-paste treatment plans. No unnecessary medications. No one-size-fits-all dosing. Every recommendation is tailored to the individual sitting in front of us. Convenience is built into the model. We offer telehealth across Arizona and concierge in-home care locally in Flagstaff, allowing patients to receive high-level medical care without disrupting their work or family life. Our ideal patients are professionals, founders, and high performers who know something is “off” and want a clear, intelligent plan to fix it—whether that means restoring hormones, improving metabolic health, reducing long-term disease risk, or optimizing performance and longevity.
