Fulton, whose name graces ASU's engineering schools and other colleges, has died at 94 after a lifetime of philanthropy. Growing up near today's Fulton Schools, he built Tempe-based Fulton Homes and used that success to fund scholarships, research, and educational programs that have shaped generations of Arizona students. 
2. Bipartisan push for investigation into Flock Safety cameras grows amid misuse allegations (abc15.com) — Tempe officials have decided to stop using Flock Safety license plate cameras, citing growing concerns about misuse of automated reader systems in Arizona and nationwide. Their move comes as federal lawmakers from both parties ramp up scrutiny of Flock's vast surveillance network and debate how much access governments should have to drivers' data.
3. ASU, women's basketball coach Molly Miller agree to contract extension (azfamily.com) — ASU in Tempe is locking in women's basketball coach Molly Miller with a new contract after her record-setting first season, which included a 24-11 finish and an NCAA Tournament berth.
