• 101 Wildlife Bridge dedication set for Dec. 2 (thecamarilloacorn.com) — Agoura Hills residents can mark their calendars for Dec. 2, when the Wallis Annenberg Wildlife Crossing over the 101 at Liberty Canyon will be officially dedicated with a public celebration and ribbon-cutting. The massive bridge and companion span over Agoura Road will reconnect habitats between the Simi Hills and Santa Monica Mountains, backed by state funds and over $30 million in private donations. Long-term research and restoration work will continue after opening.
