Missing At-Risk Woman Last Seen In Castro Valley Headed For Daily Walk: Deputies

CASTRO VALLEY, CA — Police are asking for the public's help in finding a missing 69-year-old woman who was last seen Sunday morning in Castro Valley and is considered at-risk.

Ling Ling Pan was last seen on foot heading for her daily walk around 8 a.m. in the 19000 block of Forest Avenue, according to the Alameda County Sheriff's Office.

It's unclear where Pan could be headed. Pan suffers from diagnosed cognitive and physical ailments, making her at risk, authorities said.

"We are all concerned about Ling Ling’s safety and ask for your help in locating her," authorities said. "If you have any information that may help us locate her, please contact the Alameda County Sheriff's Office at (510) 667-7721 or your local law enforcement agency."

Pan is 5 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs 118 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, authorities said.
