• Auburn Boulevard Complete Streets Phase II Dedicated (citrusheightsmessenger.com) — Citrus Heights has officially completed the $36 million Auburn Boulevard Complete Streets Phase II project, adding new sidewalks, bike lanes, lighting, and a welcoming gateway arch along the 1.75‑mile corridor. Residents now benefit from safer crossings, upgraded traffic signals, underground utilities, and improved storm drainage between Antelope Road and the Roseville city limit. City leaders hailed the project as the largest infrastructure upgrade in Citrus Heights history.
   

• Citrus Heights Water District Launches New Utility Billing System (citrusheightsmessenger.com) — Citrus Heights Water District has launched a new Xpress Bill Pay system, and every local customer will need to set up a new online account once their next paper bill arrives. Service, rates, and billing cycles stay the same, but privacy rules prevent transferring old autopay and paperless settings. Tutorials and in-person workshops will help Citrus Heights-area residents through the transition.
