UC Davis police determine cyclist caused April crash on Hutchison Drive (sacbee.com) — UC Davis police have concluded that a student cyclist caused the fatal April crash on Hutchison Drive, but his family and local advocates in Davis say the findings underscore the need for safer bike infrastructure. They're pressing UC Davis, the city of Davis, Yolo County and federal representatives to back a protected "Lincoln Loop" of bike lanes to prevent future deaths.
