• Starbucks is closing dozens of stores across California — here's where (nypost.com) — A Starbucks store at 795 First Street in Gilroy is among 64 California locations reportedly slated to close as part of the company's new restructuring strategy. While Starbucks hasn't confirmed each site individually, the chain says affected shops will post notices this weekend, and employees are expected to be transferred to nearby stores rather than laid off.
