• Southern California truckers stung by record-setting diesel prices (pressenterprise.com) — Soaring diesel prices and war-driven supply strains are squeezing Southern California truckers, and one Lake Elsinore-based firm, A&B Transportation, has already filed for bankruptcy. Industry leaders warn that smaller operators are especially vulnerable as fuel surcharges, refinery closures, and long payment delays pile up, potentially raising costs for local consumers and making California a tougher place to do business.
