NBC Palm Springs Launches 'Flight Fridays' With Look Inside Palm Springs Air Museum (nbcpalmsprings.com) — Palm Springs viewers can catch a new weekly "Flight Fridays" segment on NBC Palm Springs, spotlighting historic aircraft at the Palm Springs Air Museum starting this Friday at 6 p.m. Each episode will dive into a different plane's history and the stories of the pilots who flew them, beginning with a P-51 Mustang once flown by Tuskegee Airman Lt. Col. Bob Friend.

4. Coachella Valley High School Wins Bell Game as Friday Night Lights Delivers Another Action-Packed Week (nbcpalmsprings.com) — High school football fans across the Coachella Valley saw Coachella Valley High finally reclaim the Bell Game trophy with a 28-7 win over Indio, while several other local teams battled under the lights. NBC Palm Springs also named Indio's Damian Durinzi Player of the Week after a standout 50-yard touchdown run, surprising him on campus with a $250 prize from Honda of the Desert.
