• RPV Moves Ahead With Study Of New Developer Fees (patch.com) — Rancho Palos Verdes is spending up to $50,000 on a detailed study of possible new development impact fees that could help pay for local roads, parks, public safety facilities and other infrastructure. Over the next 6–12 months, consultants will analyze what fees are legally allowed, which projects could benefit, and how much future development in RPV might realistically generate, before any proposal returns to the City Council.

• 9 South Bay Sites Set For California Coastal Cleanup Day Saturday (patch.com) — Rancho Palos Verdes volunteers can join a more rugged California Coastal Cleanup Day outing from Founders Park down to Rancho Palos Verdes Beach and the Ocean Trails Reserve.
