• Coroner identifies 3 construction workers killed in I-10 Blythe crash (sacbee.com) — A serious crash on eastbound I-10 in Blythe killed three construction workers and left the big-rig driver, a 44-year-old Redlands man, with severe head and leg injuries. The early-morning collision involved four vehicles, including a parked construction truck and a water truck, and authorities say drugs and alcohol are not suspected as they continue investigating what happened.
