Walmart To Offer Free Health Screenings At San Diego Wellness Event
The event Saturday will feature free health screenings, vaccinations and consultations with pharmacists at participating Walmart locations.
SAN DIEGO, CA — Walmart will offer free health screenings and other wellness services Saturday at participating pharmacies throughout San Diego County.
The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Oct. 17 at nearly 4,600 Walmart pharmacies nationwide, including locations in San Diego.
Customers can receive free blood pressure and body mass index screenings, regardless of insurance coverage. Select locations with Walmart Vision Centers will also offer free vision screenings.

Vaccinations for flu, COVID-19, pneumonia, shingles, HPV, hepatitis A and B, and other illnesses will be available. Flu shots are free with most insurance plans, while costs for other vaccines may vary depending on coverage.
Walmart pharmacists will also be available for individual consultations about medications, vaccinations, preventive care, weight management and other health concerns.
