SAN FRANCISCO, CA — As we head into the new week, we've rounded up the stories you may have missed Saturday and Sunday to prepare you for Monday.

But first: the weather. Fall has finally arrived in NorCal. Residents across the Bay Area can expect highs in the low to mid-60s throughout the week, with temperatures dropping to the mid-50s at night. Inland, temperatures will reach around 70 earlier in the week, and drop into the 40s at night. Much to the dismay of trick-or-treaters, the region could see a rainy Halloween, with forecasters giving a 23% chance of rain for Saturday the 31st.

A Napa man was convicted of sexually assaulting a woman while she showered, then running off with her wallet.

Two people were killed in a five-car crash on I-280 near Los Altos, the California Highway Patrol said Friday. Authorities said a Lexus sedan ran up a dirt embankment for unknown reasons, struck the center concrete median and overturned onto the southbound lanes.

Adiitionally, this weekend on I-80 in Solano County, where a woman was struck and killed by a tractor-trailer truck at around 12:50 a.m. in the westbound lanes of the interstate. Police have not said why the woman was on the freeway.
