• OCTA declares emergency for rail protection so able to act fast on sand replenishment, projects (ocregister.com) — San Clemente's beachfront rail line is now under an official emergency declaration, letting OCTA fast‑track sand replenishment and shoreline protection before expected El Niño storms.
