Cockatoo Kona leads a baguette and croissant run at Les Pascals.
SONOMA VALLEY, CA — Two regular customers at Les Pascals: Tom Eichler and Kona, a 15-year-0ld umbrella cockatoo.
Kona was leading a run on Monday afternoon for baguettes and her favorite treat — almond croissants — from Les Pascals, the patisserie-boulangerie in Glen Ellen."She can't wait," Eighler said as Kona fluffed up her feathers, creating an umbrella of white from her neck up over her head.
