Boulder Police and CBI looking for missing woman with baby (9news.com) — Boulder police and the Colorado Bureau of Investigation are urgently searching for 24-year-old Kylie Rucker and her 8-day-old son, last seen Tuesday afternoon near the 1400 block of Pine Street in Boulder. Authorities believe they're traveling with Julio Cardona III in a gray Subaru Forester and are asking anyone who spots them to immediately call 911 or Boulder police.

3. Boulder council to consider $144,000 airport pavement grant application (thebadger.news) — Boulder residents should know City Council is set to consider a $144,000 federal grant application tonight to fund pavement maintenance at Boulder Municipal Airport, with only a $7,200 local share. The work would extend runway and taxiway life and position Boulder for up to $1.9 million in additional airport grants for 2027 and 2028.

Visitor brings measles to Colorado, exposures possible in Westminster, Boulder, Lafayette (denvergazette.com) — Boulder residents who recently visited Avanti Food and Beverage, Gelato Boy West End, or the Pearl Street Mall on Sept. 8 may have been exposed to measles from an out-of-country visitor. State health officials urge anyone unvaccinated or noticing fever, cough, red eyes, or rash between Sept. 27 and Oct. 2 to call a doctor or public health agency before seeking in-person care.

Lopez has helped keep Boulder moving (bizwest.com) — Longtime Boulder planner, attorney, and civic leader Rich Lopez is being inducted into the Boulder County Business Hall of Fame, recognizing decades of work on city planning, energy programs, and community nonprofits. The Sept. 30 ceremony in Boulder will also honor other local leaders and supports scholarships for Boulder County students heading to CU Boulder and Front Range Community College.
