3. 4. Greystar Sells Denver Apartment Building For $110M (bisnow.com) — A luxury 11-story apartment building, The Fitzgerald at 1840 Market St., has sold in downtown Denver for $110 million, underscoring a renter's market shaped by high vacancies and new construction. With hundreds of units and amenities plus current rent concessions, the deal highlights how investors and residents are navigating Denver County's oversupplied, incentive-heavy rental landscape.
   

5. Denver won't replace ShotSpotter gunshot detection technology next year (9news.com) — Denver officials say the city will not immediately replace its ShotSpotter gunshot detection system when the contract ends in 2027, relying instead on 9-1-1 calls while they study alternatives. With tens of thousands of alerts since 2015 leading to hundreds of arrests and firearm recoveries, city council and safety leaders plan to use the next year to gather data and community feedback before choosing next steps.
