• Colorado officials outline 8-project portfolio projected to produce 1,600 homes (thebadger.news) — State officials are advancing a "Golden Range" housing proposal that could bring about 378 affordable and attainable homes to Golden, targeting households from 30% to 140% of area median income. The project is still resolving site and community issues, with zoning expected by late 2027 and construction starting in 2028, followed by phased buildout over four to seven years.
