• Mines economists and policy experts lead global conversation on critical minerals markets and national security (minesnewsroom.com) — Colorado School of Mines in Golden is emerging as a key national hub for research and policy on critical minerals, from rare earths to gallium. Faculty at the Payne Institute and the Critical Minerals Innovation Hub are shaping U.S. supply-chain strategy, teaching graduate students, and hosting a major Critical Minerals Symposium on campus Sept. 24–25 that will draw global experts to Golden.
