🚨 TWO ARMORED VEHICLES. ONE IMPORTANT MISSION. 🎒
On Friday, July 31, the Durango Police Department, La Plata County Sheriff’s Office and Walmart Durango are teaming up to Stuff the Truck for local students.
DPD will bring the BearCat. LPCSO will bring the Terradyne. We need the community to help fill both.
Your mission is simple:
1️⃣ Stop by the trucks and grab a school supply list.
2️⃣ Head inside Walmart and shop for a few items.
3️⃣ Stuff your donations into the back of either vehicle.
📅 Friday, July 31
⏰ 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. or until the trucks cannot hold one more glue stick
📍 Walmart Durango, 1155 S. Camino del Rio
Donated supplies will be packed into backpacks and given to children in our community who need them as part of National Night Out on Tuesday, August 4.
Whether you donate a backpack, a box of pencils or a pack of crayons, every item helps a local student begin the school year prepared and confident.
Let’s see whether Durango can fill two armored vehicles with school supplies.
