• Darien P&Z To Consider Wellness Studio Offering Saunas, Cold Plunges And IV Drips (patch.com) — Darien residents may soon see a new wellness option in The Corbin District as the Planning and Zoning Commission weighs a special permit for Pause Studio, which offers saunas, cold plunges, IV drips and other therapies. The commission is set to consider the proposal at Town Hall on Tuesday evening, with details including hours, staffing and expected customer volume already outlined in application materials.
   

• Stamford Man Sentenced for Role in Southwestern Connecticut Drug Ring (greenwichfreepress.com) — Federal prosecutors say a Stamford man has been sentenced to more than 13 years in prison for helping run a drug ring that operated across southwestern Connecticut, including searches and seizures in Darien. Local police, including the Darien Police Department, assisted federal agents in dismantling the operation, which moved fentanyl, cocaine, and other drugs through nearby communities.
   

• Inside The Chart Kevin Roche (ramblinwreck.com) — A Georgia Tech football breakout star is a 6-foot-9 tight end who grew up playing rec-league hoops and multiple sports in Darien before choosing to focus on football. The story highlights his Darien High School roots, his family's local athletic ties, and how connections from fellow Darien-based Tech alumni helped him land a scholarship and national attention.
