• Ellington Little League Gets Approval For Later Weekend Lights (patch.com) — Ellington families will see a bit more Friday and Saturday night baseball after town planners granted Ellington Little League permanent permission to keep lights on at two Tedford Park fields until 10 p.m. when needed. Officials noted there were no complaints during a one-year trial, and the later hours will remain limited to weekends while weekday lighting still ends at 9 p.m.
