Farmington Announces Spring Bulky Waste Pickup For Eligible Residents

FARMINGTON, CT — Farmington officials announced that the town’s Spring Bulky Waste Collection will take place April 20–24, offering eligible residents a chance to dispose of large household items.

The program is open to residents who pay for trash collection through the town’s annual special service fee.

Participants are instructed to place bulk items curbside the night before their regularly scheduled trash pickup day. Collection will occur on residents’ normal trash days during that week.

Town officials said the program is intended to help residents manage larger items during seasonal cleanouts.
