Ryan Carafeno, 31, of Old Town Highway, East Haven, was charged with third-degree larceny at 3:40 p.m. He will appear in court Oct. 15.

David R. Ferreira, 43, of Fanny Street, Shelton, was charged with reckless driving and disorderly conduct at 10:50 a.m. He will appear in court Oct. 16.
Oct. 3
Martin Leniel Fret, 21, of Woodlawn Circle, East Hartford, was charged with improper use of marker/license/registration, smoking in a prohibited location, misuse of emergency '911' call, and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension at 2:35 p.m. He will appear in court Oct. 16.
Oct. 5
James T. Doiron, 40, of Foote Road, Burlington, was charged with traveling unreasonably fast and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 12:06 a.m. He will appear in court Oct. 19.
Ellie Dawn Gallagher, 22, of Winthrop Drive, Farmington, was charged with traveling unreasonably fast, reckless driving, interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest, and engaging police in pursuit at 9:45 a.m. She will appear in court Oct. 19.
Oct. 6
Gannon Montgomery Patrick, 21, of Farmstead Lane, Farmington, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing at 4:13 p.m. He will appear in court Oct. 20.
