After shutting out Naugatuck and edging Shelton on the road, the Sharks improved to 6-5 and now look ahead to upcoming home matches against Amity and East Haven in Hamden.

5. Goodwill Industries buys property, warehouse on 20 Guilford acres for $10.7 million (nhregister.com) — Goodwill Industries of Southern New England has bought a large Guilford warehouse to serve as its new regional headquarters, and the move will likely replace its Hamden facility on State Street. The nonprofit says consolidating operations there will streamline administration, warehousing, retail, and e-commerce, while continuing its mission of expanding job and life-skills opportunities across the region.
