2026 Leaf Season Set To Begin In Manchester

MANCHESTER, CT — Manchester's leaf collection program is slated to begin Monday, Nov 9, starting in the Middle Turnpike and Main Street area and continuing outward across town.

The Leaf Collection Program Page is here.

Said town officials, "Please ensure your leaves are placed curbside and ready for collection before before crews arrive. Proper placement helps us work safely and efficiently."

Important Reminders:

• Each street will receive one scheduled curbside collection
• Keep storm drains clear of cleaves to prevent localized flooding.
• Do not block the curb with parked vehicles. If the crew cannot access your leaves, they cannot be collected, and crews will not return.
• Collection progress depends on weather and workload, so exact dates for individual streets are unavailable.
• The Town website is updated daily with progress reports.
