A six-figure win was registered as a CT Lottery scratch game was expiring.
WILLIMANTIC, CT — There was a big win in the CT Lottery this week in Eastern Connecticut — on the final day of a $10 scratch game.
On April 13 — the day after the 100X 2nd Edition game expired — a player from Willimantic cashed in a $200,000 winner.
The ticket was purchased in Columbia at the 7- Eleven on Route 66.
