Priced at $445,000, the Delfavaro-built home features landscaped grounds, a water fountain, marble walkway, and a walk-out lower level with in-law potential.
   

• Connecticut Housing Authority Exec Is Charged With $16.2 Million Loan Fraud (savannahherald.com) — Residents who rely on the Meriden Housing Authority should know its former executive director has been federally indicted, accused of taking out an unauthorized $16.2 million loan and diverting hundreds of thousands of dollars for personal use. Prosecutors say the alleged scheme involved both Meriden and Groton housing entities, with separate civil litigation also underway in state court.
