A New Haven resident claimed the top prize on Oct. 5 on a 20X CASH 10TH EDITION ticket that was sold at First Fuel of North Haven at 133 Middletown Avenue in North Haven, according to lottery officials. The CT Lottery no longer publishes winners' names without their written consent in accordance with a <a href="https://www.cga.ct.gov/2025/act/Pa/pdf/2025PA-00112-R00SB-01235-PA.PDF" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow">new Connecticut law</a>, which was effective Oct. 1, 2025.
