• Suspect in fatal Rocky Hill stabbing to be extradited from New York (nhregister.com) — Rocky Hill residents should know that a Connecticut man accused of fatally stabbing a woman at a local condominium complex has agreed to be extradited from New York to face a murder charge. He was previously arrested in April after an alleged assault at a Rocky Hill self‑storage facility and had been released without posting bail. 
• Northwest Catholic high school football preview 2026 (rep-am.com) — Rocky Hill football fans will see Northwest Catholic visit for a 10:30 a.m. conference game on Oct. 24 as part of the Lions' 2026 schedule. Northwest Catholic is rebuilding after a strong 2025 season, with new quarterbacks competing and only a few key starters returning on both offense and defense.
