'Significant' Traffic Delays Reported In Shelton After Route 8 Crash: Police

SHELTON, CT — Significant traffic delays are reported in the city following a crash Wednesday morning on Route 8 south in Shelton, according to the Shelton Police Department.
In a Facebook post around 8 a.m., police said traffic delays due to the crash are significant, particularly in the area of Bridgeport Avenue.
Police said drivers should use alternate routes if possible and expect delays.
