Bake/Craft Sale At Simsbury Senior Facility Is Later This Week

SIMSBURY, CT — The McLean Auxiliary will host a bake sale and craft sale on Friday, May 8, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the McLean Health Center in Simsbury. 75 Great Pond Road.

The event will feature homemade baked goods prepared by McLean employees, auxiliary members, and volunteers, along with handmade items sold by craft vendors.

Proceeds from the event will support programs and services for McLean residents.

According to the Auxiliary, the organization provided $16,265 in grants during 2025 to support resident life initiatives at McLean.

The group also awards an annual $1,500 scholarship to a McLean employee or the child of an employee pursuing education in a health care field.

The sale is open to the public.
