Lisa I. Merrill, 56, of Darling Street, Southington, was charged with third-degree assault at 11:15 p.m. She was to appear in court April 17.

April 17

Gabriel Angelito Rodriguez, 27, of Gabb Road, Bloomfield, was charged with risk of injury to a child, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, and second-degree reckless endangerment at 6:45 p.m. He was to appear in court May 1.

Julissa Marie Pagan, 22, of Bristol Road, Windsor Locks, was charged with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 6:30 p.m. She was to appear in court May 1.
