Carrie M. Perez, 58, of Curtiss Street, Bristol, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker/license/registration, and theft of plates/inserts at 1:23 a.m. She was to appear in court April 14.

Elijah Drummond, 25, of Grove Street, Manchester, was charged with larceny of a motor vehicle, first-degree larceny, and conspiracy to commit first-degree larceny at 10 a.m. He was to appear in court March 31.

April 1

Lisa I. Merrill, 56, of Germania Street, Southington, was charged with use of a motor vehicle without permission and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 4:30 p.m. She was to appear in court April 15.

Axel Lopez, 39, of Prescott Street, Meriden, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to carry a registration/insurance card, improper use of marker/license/registration, evading responsibility of injury/property damage, violation of traffic control signals, carrying a pistol without a permit, interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest, stealing a firearm, criminal possession of a pistol/revolver, and crominal possession of body armor at 3 p.m. He was to appear in court April 15.

Scott Acheampong, 30, of Rose Street, East Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 5 p.m. He was to appear in court April 15.

April 2

Justin Eric Scanlon, 30, of Royal Oak Drive, Waterbury, was charged with third-degree larceny at 3:30 p.m. He was to appear in court April 16.

Edysael Lopez, 22, of Amity Street, Hartford, was charged with larceny of a motor vehicle and second-degree larceny at 12:15 p.m. He was to appear in court April 14.

Miguel Alberto Cardenas Cardenas, 50, of Center Avenue, Meriden, was charged with first-degree failure to appear in court at 1 p.m. He was to appear in court April 16.

Sharell Patrice Allen, 36, of Harris Circle, Waterbury, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 6:59 p.m. She was to appear in court April 16.

Matthew Stephen Rivkin, 41, of Tuttle Road, Bristol, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 10:20 p.m. He was to appear in court April 14.

Ramon De Almeida Lima, 40, of Russet Lane, Southington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 8:03 p.m. He was to appear in court April 14.

Dezmond Cox, 34, of Woodmont Road, Milford, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, first-degree failure to appear in court, and extradition on a governor's warrant at 10 p.m. He was to appear in court April 6.

Kiana Melissa Carignan, 28, of West Main Street, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct at 12:52 p.m. She was to appear in court April 6.

April 5

Branden Reid, 40, of Rejean Road, Southington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and third-degree criminal trespassing at 11 p.m. He was to appear in court April 16.

Allen A. Hapeman, 39, of Scott Road, Terryville, was charged with traveling unreasonably fast, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and failure to drive in the proper lane at 2:31 p.m. He was to appear in court April 17.

April 6

Arman Verma, 21, of 118th Street, South Richmond Heights, N.Y., was charged with conspiracy to commit first-degree larceny and first-degree telephone fraud at 5 a.m. He was to appear in court April 8.

Veronica Nieves-Sonner, 56, of Washington Street, Springfield, Mass., was charged with first-degree failure to appear in court and first-degree criminal trespassing at 7:30 a.m. She was to appear in court April 8.

Lauren Ann Murray, 33, of Farm Hill Road, Middletown, was charged with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and sixth-degree larceny at 10:28 a.m. She was to appear in court April 8.

Travis M. Deluca, 36, of Tolles Square, Naugatuck, was charged with fifth-degree larceny at 5:20 p.m. He was to appear in court April 22.

April 9

Jake Batura Ratches, 26, of Rutland Street, Ansonia, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, falsifying marker/license/registration, failure to display plates/inserts, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, engaging police in pursuite, operating a motor vehicle without a license, failure to insure a private motor vehicle, and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest at 7:15 p.m. He was to appear in court April 20.

Daniel Costa, 35, of South Main Street, Southington, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance at 1:30 p.m. He will appear in court April 23.

Stephen Michael Boland, 31, of Cathy Drive, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault at 2:50 a.m. He was to appear in court April 10.

Ryan Brandon Frasier, 37, of Shelton Avenue, New Haven, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 9 a.m. He was to appear in court April 13.

April 12

Tomasz J. Giza, 31, of Elizabeth Drive, Southington, was charged with interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest, assault of a public safety officer, and fourth-degree sexual assault (sexual contact without consent).

Nicole Kristina Nogaj, 28, of West Center Street, Southington, was charged with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny at 11:36 p.m. Sh will appear in court April 28.

Esmeralda Arianna Escobar, 24, of Overton Avenue, Waterbury, was charged with illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, threatening, and second-degree reckless endangerment at 9:11 p.m. She will appear in court April 27.

Nicholas Malik Correa, 28, of Heritage Drive, Southington, was charged with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest and violation of a protective order at noon. He was to appear in court April 14.
