Have A Traffic Complaint In Stratford? Let Police Know

STRATFORD, CT — Stratford police are asking residents to let them know what their traffic complaints and concerns are in town.

The Stratford Police Department has “contracted Urban SDK to help us better understand traffic conditions and address concerns throughout town,” according to a post on the department’s Facebook page.

“Residents will be able to submit traffic complaints through a new online form,” police wrote. “All traffic complaints will be routed through Urban SDK, where AI-assisted tools and automated processing will help our Traffic Division organize submissions, identify recurring concerns, and better understand traffic issues across Stratford.

“Urban SDK also uses anonymous data from connected vehicles to analyze traffic speeds, delays, and vehicle counts. Together, these tools will help us evaluate concerns and make informed decisions about traffic safety.”
