Vernon PZC To Host Public Hearing On Revisions To Zoning Regulations
The Vernon Planning and Zoning Commission is in the midst of a project to revise and simply the town zoning regulations.
VERNON, CT — The Vernon Planning and Zoning Commission is in the midst of a project to revise and simplify the town
zoning regulations and the commission has slated a public hearing on the proposed revisions to the home-based business
regulations and the residential use standards.
The hearing is on tap for 7 p.m. on Nov. 17 at 30 Park Place, in the first floor community room.
A presentation by the commission’s consultant will take place, and then the commission will welcome comments by residents and other interested parties.
