Major Changes For West Hartford's Bulky Waste Process

West Hartford residents must now contact All American Waste directly to arrange and pay for bulky waste collection.

WEST HARTFORD, CT — West Hartford residents looking to get rid of bulky or oversized items will now need to arrange collection directly with the town's residential waste and recycling provider.

As of Oct. 1, the West Hartford Department of Public Works no longer issues bulky waste permits, according to the town.

Instead, residents must contact All American Waste directly to request service, schedule a pickup and pay any applicable collection and disposal fees.
