What is Stress:

Stress is our body’s natural response to challenges we may be facing. It can happen when someone might be feeling overwhelmed, pressured, or worried about something going on in their lives. Even though a minimal amount of stress might make people feel motivated to complete tasks, too much stress that is prolonged can negatively impact our mental health as well as physical health.
