• $375K In Upgrades Coming To Windsor Little League Complex (patch.com) — Windsor is investing $375,000 to upgrade all five Little League fields at Welch Park, with work starting this fall and finishing before the 2027 season. Improvements include new fencing, irrigation, dugout and building repairs, and more accessible dugouts for the adaptive baseball field, supporting both safety and growing participation in Windsor Little League.
