• Orange County enforces burn ban as drought conditions worsen (wftv.com) — If you live in Belle Isle, you’re now under an Orange County burn ban that restricts most outdoor burning because of worsening drought conditions. Campfires, bonfires, yard waste burning, and similar fires are prohibited without a permit, though outdoor grills are still allowed, and the ban will lift only after the drought index improves for a full week.
