Gilbert, a longtime local and devoted registered nurse who died at her Cottondale home on June 9. Remembered for her love of the outdoors, hunting, baking, and gardening, she leaves behind her husband Terry, children, and grandchildren. A private graveside service will be held at Piney Grove Baptist Church in Cottondale.
