• Volusia adds barriers at Dunlawton beach access after crash (mynews13.com) — New concrete and orange safety barriers are now in place at the Dunlawton Avenue beach approach in Daytona Beach Shores, and at four other Volusia beach ramps, following a deadly June 1 tollbooth crash. County officials say this is just the first step, with each ramp to be reviewed for more improvements as the community continues to mourn attendant Tammie Jo Baker.
