Seeking Vendors for Physical Security Enhancements at Worship Facility

We are inviting proposals from qualified vendors to install and configure a comprehensive surveillance and access control system throughout the facility.

Project Scope Includes:

• Design and installation of integrated surveillance and access control systems to enhance security and restrict unauthorized access to critical areas
• Deployment of hardened infrastructure and video recording systems supporting threat detection, monitoring, and incident response, with up to 30-day retention
• System commissioning, testing, and user training to deliver a fully operational solution aligned with identified risks and target hardening objectives

Installation Areas:

• Exterior grounds of the facility
• Interior entry points and doorways
• Surveillance and security equipment room access

Budget:

• Surveillance System: $78,499
• Access Control System: $44,165.36

Total Project Budget: $122,664.36
