• Daytona Beach airport gate crasher indicted in federal court (news-journalonline.com) — A Holly Hill man has been federally indicted after authorities say he crashed his car through a security gate at Daytona Beach International Airport, entered parked planes and tried to get into a running Embry‑Riddle aircraft. The 58‑year‑old faces serious federal and state charges, potential decades in prison, and remains jailed in Volusia County as the case moves forward.
